“SecureMe” is an account security feature which protects your account against unauthorized transactions.
This feature ensures that any high-risk transactions on your account will require identity authentication. If you enable SecureMe, the following transactions are covered:
-- Unauthorized roaming/ PAYG charges
-- Unauthorized credit card transactions
-- Unauthorized port-outs
-- Unauthorized line terminations
-- Unauthorized SIM takeovers
-- Unauthorized changes in contact details
Transactions like port-outs, line terminations, and SIM replacements are considered high-risk because losing your mobile number can compromise accounts, such as banking services, linked to it. For customers that opt-in to SecureMe, we authenticate all such requests to ensure they are genuine.
You can call our hotline to complete your authentication at any time.
SecureMe only covers transactions originating from unauthorized devices, apps or browsers. SecureMe respects your privacy and does not require additional permissions on your device or track your location or browsing history.

1 Open the Circles.Life app.
2 Navigate to My Account > Settings > Security Options > SecureMe.
3 Toggle the button to enable it.
