Yes! Click here to find out more on how to keep your number and switch to an eSIM.

Your eSIM will be activated once you have completed the registration process and your order has been approved. All you will need to do is scan the QR code that has been sent to your email to add your new eSIM into your phone.

The number transfer process will occur after your eSIM has been activated. You will receive a notification with the exact timing that your number transfer will begin.

Log in to and click “Resend eSIM QR code” to have your QR code sent to you again. Please also check your spam folders and contact our Happiness Team if you still do not receive your QR code.
