You can choose to get a new number or transfer your existing number to any of the SIM cards under the Family Plan! If you are looking to port-in, do confirm your eligibility here.
Your monthly bill, consisting of the Primary SIM and Sub SIM(s), will be automatically charged between the 1-14 of each month to the credit/debit card you used to do the purchase.
Any additional charges incurred from each linked SIMs will also appear in the consolidated bill sent to the Primary SIM account holder’s email. We support credit/debit cards only.
Please ensure you notify the owners of each sub-SIM card before you proceed with the termination.
When a Primary account requests for termination, all Sub accounts will automatically be converted to the 20GB plan by the end of the month.
When a Sub account requests for a termination:
- — If the Primary account has 1 Sub account only, the Primary account will automatically be converted to the 20GB plan by the end of the month.
- — If the Primary account has 2 Sub accounts or more, the Primary account will stay in Family Plan.

Only the Primary SIM account will be able to make a phone purchase. Simply head over to Shop in the Circles.Life app on your Primary SIM Account and select your dream phone along with your preferred payment method!
