Family Plan was created to help you and your loved ones manage your digital needs and make your life more convenient.
With Family Plan, you can have one Primary account and up to five Sub-accounts with different numbers attached. As a Primary account holder, you can share data, talktime and SMS with your sub-account holders. Plus, manage all your Sub-account, in one bill.
As a Primary account holder, you have full control to manage your Primary account and Sub accounts. Including managing the overall phone bill, purchasing of add-ons and boosts. See the full list here.
With the Family Plan, you can enjoy 300GB with up to 1TB rollover, plus unlimited incoming calls and 3000 MINS Local (SG) outgoing talktime forever – shared across all SIMs under the plan so no one gets left behind. You can have up to 6 accounts (1 Primary Account + 5 Sub Accounts) with different numbers in a Family Plan.
With Family Plan, all of your accounts will be under one bill and charged to the Primary account holder
Your monthly bill, consisting of the Primary SIM and Sub SIM(s), will be automatically charged between the 1st to 7th of each month, to the credit/debit card attached to your mobile plan.
Any additional charges incurred from each linked SIMs will also appear in the consolidated bill sent to the Primary SIM account holder’s email.
As an existing Circles.Life user, you can only transfer your number as a Primary account. For Sub accounts, you can either transfer a number from another telco or get a new number.
Follow these steps to transfer your number:
1.Head on over to your Circles.Life app.
2.On the home page, scroll down to find “Family Plan” under the Explore section.
3.Choose the number of Sub SIMs that you would like to have, fill in your delivery details, and complete your order.
4.Once your Sub SIMs arrive, follow the instructions in the parcel, or the Number Transferring Guide to complete your porting process.
Your Circles.Life account will be migrated to the Primary Account within 2 hours upon activation. Once done, you can start exploring the app to see Family Plan features.
