The above benefits and coverages are not applicable to the following countries: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Moldova, Nicaragua, Republic of Sudan (North), Somalia, South Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Make your claims through the claims portal here. Simply submit your claim (for the policy number, enter TTT8001135SN) and an acknowledgment email will be sent to you upon claims submission, request for documents, settlement and denial. You can also check the claim status on the claims portal.

Policyholders are eligible for the benefits of the Travel Insurance package only while their subscription to the mobile plan remains active. Upon cancellation or termination of the subscription, all insurance benefits will cease immediately.

To opt out of the Travel Insurance Coverage, you may request a plan change to one that does not include this benefit. This can be done through the Circles.Life app dashboard or by reaching out to our Customer Happiness Team here.

As for the Cover+ 4G Exclusive, 5G Exclusive and 5G Special, the monthly allocated roaming data can be used in the following 7 countries - Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka.

There will be data boosts and add-ons available for you to purchase in the app if you do need them. You will receive SMS and push notifications when you are nearing the limit.
