In light of the COVID-19 situation, we understand that now, more than ever, we need to stay united and supportive as a community. The travel restrictions have meant that a lot of travel plans have been cancelled. To help you stay connected with your loved ones, we will be offering our International Calls Add-on (300 mins of International Calls to 15 countries) to all our customers at no extra cost. You will receive the benefits at no cost from 1st April 2020 till 30th April 2020.

If you would like to add even more minutes, you can activate our International Calls Add-on for $5 on top of your plan.

Starting 1st April 2020, simply launch your Circles.Life app and click on the banner to activate your 300 mins of International Calls to 15 countries at no cost for the month.

No, there will be no additional fees for this service. 

If you require more than 300 mins of international calls, or if you are calling to countries outside the list of 15, you will be charged according to our international call rates. You can find our roaming and international call rates here.

International calls (International Direct Dialing)

– Applies to call originating in Australia

– All calls are billed in 30-second increments

– A connection fee of $0.30 (ex GST) will apply

This benefit is applicable to all customers. If you are already paying for the 300 mins of international calls, you will also receive the additional 300 minutes, giving you a total of 600 minutes of international call time for the selected 15 countries.
