1. Navigate to the Roaming tab either by
• Tapping on the Roaming tab on the top right
• Tapping on the Roaming tile on the Home dashboard
2. Click into the tile titled "CirclesRoam Monthly" or “CirclesRoam Day Pass”
3. Read through on how the pack works
4. Click enable

To protect our customers from bill shock, we have implemented a cap specific to CirclesRoam Day Pass. Each month, when 50GB of roaming data has been consumed on the pack, roaming services will be disabled and customers will have to use the Circles Life app's Pay Now function to pay $300 to re-enable roaming services. This cap is separate from Data Roaming cap and Credit Cap. Any usage from CirclesRoam Monthly will not trigger Data Roaming cap or Credit Cap.

You will be charged for roaming under CirclesRoam Monthly in the bill received in the month after the roaming data was used. This means that you will be charged for roaming used in January in the bill received in February.

To see how much you've used:

• View Roaming section in your bill.

• View Recurring Add-ons section in your bill.
• If you roamed more than 5GB in one month, you should see data top-up charges in the section titled Data Boosts - Payment Collected
• If you roamed during the previous month, you should see the appropriate $30 charge(s).
