Changes to Network Coverage
You may have heard that 3G networks across Australia are shutting down. This page has been designed to give Circles Life customers information, resources and support to ensure you're ready for the change and any service disruptions are minimised. We're here to help! You can always reach out if you have specific questions about your coverage.
From September 2024, Optus will shut down their 3G Network, being the last provider to do so. But fret not, Circles Life have you covered!
What is impacted?
Older devices that rely on 3G Technology
4G devices that are not compatible with 700MHz spectrum
4G devices that do not support VoLTE emergency calls
But don’t worry! We will be contacting customers that are impacted directly and try our best to help make sure your service won't be disrupted and you'll always be connected! We've also created this simple guide to help you navigate through this change every step of the way. See below:
