With Circles.Life Family Plan, all lines are grouped under one main bill for convenience. The Primary account holder is responsible for the total bill, which includes charges for all Sub SIMs.

• One bill for all users: You'll receive a single consolidated statement each month, with a clear breakdown of charges by user.

• Automatic monthly billing: The total amount is auto-charged to the Primary account holder’s credit or debit card between the 1st and 7th of each month.

• Real-time tracking: Any extra usage (like add-ons or international calls) per Sub SIM is also reflected in the bill.

• Email notifications: The full breakdown is emailed monthly, so you always know what you're paying for.

Steps to Get Started with Circles.Life Family Plan

1. Open the Circles.Life app and scroll to the “Family Plan” section under the Explore tab.

2. Select how many Sub SIMs you’d like to add, enter your delivery details, and complete your order.

3. Wait for your SIMs to arrive, then follow the instructions in the parcel or refer to the Number Transferring Guide to port your numbers.

4. Note for existing Circles.Life users: You can only transfer your number as the Primary SIM. Sub SIMs must use either a ported number from another telco or a new number.

5. Once activated, your account will be migrated to a Family Plan within 2 hours, giving you access to shared data, centralized billing, and all Family Plan features via the app.
