Loyalty Program - Terms and Conditions

Important - please read these terms of participation (“Program Terms”) in the Circle of Joy Loyalty Program (the “Program”) carefully. By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Program Terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all the Program Terms, you shall not participate in this Program.

The Program Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and LIBERTY WIRELESS PTE LTD (referred to herein as the “Company”, “Circles.Life”, "we", "us", "our" or other similar pronouns).

I. Eligibility

You are automatically eligible for the Program offered by the Company if you:

1. have an account for SIM-only (https://www.circles.life/sg/plans/) plans offered by us except for 4G Lite, Family Plan and or Data-Only plans, which have not been suspended or terminated: and

2. maintain a good credit status and have no outstanding bills with us.
You will not be permitted to participate in the Program:
1. if you cease to subscribe to any of our services and/or terminate all existing Circles.Life accounts registered under your name, including without limitation, as a result of a transfer of service subscription;
2. if you fail to make payment for outstanding bills invoiced by us or our affiliates;
3. if you breach any of these Program Terms or any of our third-party participating merchants’ (“Partners”) terms and conditions; and/or
4. if determined by us in our sole discretion.

II. Earning Points

The Program offers 5 membership tiers as follows: "Bronze”, “Silver”, “Gold”, “Platinum” and “Diamond".

You may earn points as long as you are in the Program. 

Points are awarded based on how long you have been a customer of Circles.Life, and based on your spending with Circles.Life. You may also earn more points by participating in our monthly check-in activities. The amount of points you earn within a cycle period determines your membership tier.

Each cycle period lasts for 6 months and your membership tier may be updated after the end of a cycle period depending on how many points you have earned for that cycle period.

From 31 December 2023 onwards, your accumulated points will expire every 1 year (e.g. all the points you accumulated from 1st - 31st December 2023 will expire on 1st December 2024). 

You cannot transfer your points, levels and tier to another Circles.Life number/customer/account.

In the event your account is suspended or terminated and is later reactivated, your levels, tiers and points will be reset i.e you will restart at the lowest tier with zero points in your account.

We reserve the right to vary the points system and the maximum points from time to time without prior notice to you.

III. Redeem Rewards

You may redeem offers made available by us or our Partners from time to time with your points (such offers, “Rewards”).

Redemption of your Rewards can be done via the Circles.Life App.

You may also participate in activities designed by us within the Program, which will be held from time to time, for a chance to win Rewards.

By redeeming Rewards on the Circles.Life App, you acknowledge and agree to these Program Terms and any other terms and conditions determined by us or our Partners.

You remain solely responsible for your redemption of Rewards. We are not responsible for:
1. any wrongful or accidental redemption of Rewards; or
2. any redemption under your account made by persons other than yourself.
We do not assume any liability for, nor make any representation or warranty, in relation to any Rewards you redeem from the Circles.Life app (each redeemed Rewards, a “Redemption Item”).
We reserve the right to do the following at our absolute discretion without prior notice to you:
1. substitute any Redemption Item with an item of equivalent value; or

2. withhold processing of your redemption request.

If you have outstanding Circles.Life bills or are blacklisted in our records for whatever reasons at the point of the redemption, you will not be eligible to redeem any Rewards and continue to take part in this Program.

All Redemption Items, whether utilised or not, may not be refunded or exchanged for other

Redemption Items or cash.

For any non-digital Redemption Item that is not fulfilled automatically through our system, we will reach out to you, via email and/or phone number listed in your account, to share delivery instructions. It is your sole responsibility to share the delivery instructions and should you fail to share the delivery instructions with us within 14 days from our first contact, we reserve the right to forfeit your Redemption Item.

In the event that you terminate your Circles.Life services associated with the Redemption Items, we reserve the right to forfeit any Redemption Items at our sole discretion.

We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend (in whole or in part) any Redemption Items at any time without prior notice and any liability whatsoever to you.

IV. General

We shall not be liable in any way to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise for any direct or indirect loss, claim or damage howsoever caused or arising from or in relation to the Program and/or your participation in the Program including but not limited to:

1. any breach or failure by the Company or Partners to perform any of the obligations set out in these Program Terms;
2. any error, omission, discrepancy or inaccuracy in any information provided by the Company or Partners whether to you or any person and whether in any publication or as part of or in connection with the implementation, administration or conduct of the Program;
3. any defect, deficiency, breakdown of the Company’s or Partners’ software or system or loss or corruption or deletion of data supplied by you; and/or
4. goods and/or services provided under or in relation to the Program (including any Redemption Items), including but not limited to all representations and/or warranties relating thereto.
We reserve the right to amend or modify these Program Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review these Program Terms for any changes. If you do not agree to the amended Program Terms, you shall cease participating in the Program.
Your continued participation in the Program following any amendment of these Program Terms will signify your assent to and acceptance of its amended terms. Our decision on all matters pertaining to the Program is final.

Nothing herein shall be construed or interpreted as varying or otherwise affecting our or your obligations under any other agreement governing the provision of the Company products or services.

  and which are incorporated by reference. You also agree to be bound by any specific terms and conditions as may be notified by us from time to time.
These Program Terms shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
