Refurbished Devices - Terms and Conditions
Refurbished devices are supplied by CompAsia Pte. Ltd. (“CompAsia”) and Liberty Wireless Pte Ltd (“Circles”) is selling the refurbished devices on behalf of CompAsia. By placing an order for a refurbished device on Circles.Life website, Circles.Life phone only website and Circles.Life App (collectively, “Circles Platform”) you agree to these Refurbished Devices Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
I. Prices
The prices for refurbished devices are displayed on the Circles Platform. Circles reserves the right to change the prices of the refurbished devices without any notice to you.
II. Orders
You can place an order for a refurbished device by following the instructions provided on the Circles Platform. Circles may accept or reject your order at its absolute discretion.
You must check the details of your order information as Circles will not be liable to you for any loss, damage, cost or expense which is incurred due to incorrect or incomplete information in your order.Once you have placed an order and Circles has accepted that order, Circles shall supply the refurbished device to you in accordance with your order.Circles reserves the right to cancel or delay the delivery of an order that has previously been accepted.III. Delivery
Delivery charges are not included in the price of the refurbished devices listed.

Damage or issues with your refurbished device may be covered under CompAsia’s warranty. For more information about CompAsia's warranty please visit CompAsia’s warranty FAQ. If you purchase an extended warranty, you acknowledge that your extended warranty shall be governed by CompAsia Device Warranty Programme Terms and Conditions and Circles shall not be responsible for such extended warranty.
VI. Privacy
As CompAsia is solely responsible for after-sales queries and services, CompAsia may collect your information for such purposes. CompAsia’s Privacy Policy describes how CompAsia collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you make a purchase.
VII. General
Circles may amend these Terms from time to time without any notice to you. Any amendment will be reflected here with the last amendment date shown at the end of these Terms.
In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and any terms and conditions of any entity comprising the Circles group of companies that is providing services or goods to you), such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to the Circles group of companies, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
