Circles.Life Closes 2018 Reaching 5% Market Share and Strategizing Beyond Telco

Circles.Life closes 2018, reaching 5% market share since its launch in 2016. Continuing its success, Circles.Life has gone beyond telco and opened its app to non-customers.  In a shift towards integrated service options, Circles.Life rolls out “Ride for Rewards” with EZ-Link, offering users 10 Life Points for every ride taken on the bus or train using EZ-Link. All Life Points can be redeemed for rewards. This program is available to all non- customers.

After the launch of Discover in November (an AI-driven events feature), we opened our app to non-customers and we build on that vision with Ride for Rewards with EZ-Link,” said Rameez Ansar, Co-Founder of Circles.Life.

Everyone can participate in the program by connecting their EZ-Link cards to the Circles.Life’s app. Once integrated, users will be rewarded 10 Life Points for every ride they take on the bus or train with EZ-Link. The Life Points can be redeemed for vouchers from Grab, Foodpanda, Lazada, and many more.  This partnership is an extension of the Rides Earn Data program that was launched in May 2018 – rewarding Circles.Life’s telco customers with 100 MB for every 10 rides taken with EZ-Link.
