The Circles.Life Family Plan (Multi Device) was created to help families and multi-device owners save more and do more.

With the Family Plan, you can handle up to five Sub accounts with different numbers using just one Primary account holder. As the Primary account holder, you can share data, talktime and SMS with all your Sub accounts. And as a plus, this plan is managed under one single bill.

If you’re currently not a Circles.Life user, you can keep you and your family’s number.

If you’re an existing Circles.Life user, you can only transfer your number as a Primary account. For Sub accounts, you can either transfer a number from another telco or get a new number.

You can have up to 6 accounts (1 Primary Account + 5 Sub Accounts) with different numbers in a Family Plan.

Your monthly bill, consisting of Primary SIM and Sub SIM(s), will be automatically charged between the 1st to 14th of each month to the credit/debit card attached to your SIM plan.

Any additional charges incurred from each linked SIMs will also appear in the consolidated bill sent to the Primary SIM account holder’s email. Currently, we only support debit and credit cards for payment.

As an existing Circles.Life user, you can only transfer your number as a Primary account. For Sub accounts, you can either transfer a number from another telco or get a new number.

• Head on over to your Circles.Life app.
• On the home page, scroll down to find “Family Plan” under the Explore section.
• Choose the number of Sub SIMs that you would like to have, fill in your delivery details, and complete your order.
• Once your Sub SIMs arrive, follow the instructions in the parcel, or the Number Transferring Guide to complete your porting process.

Your Circles.Life account will be migrated to the Primary Account within 2 hours upon activation. Once done, you can start exploring the app to see Family Plan features.
