Q: How do I activate my Circles.Life SIM card?

It's easy! Head here to activate your SIM and log in using your date of birth and Circles.Life phone number/Order ID. For new number activation, it'll only take a few minutes! For number transfer, it’ll take between 4 - 48 hours for your number to be transferred once you’ve initiated it.

Q: How do I initiate my number transfer to Circles.Life?

All you have to do is start signing up for a Circles.Life SIM card by clicking 'Buy a Plan' on our website. On the second step of the signup process, we'll ask you if you want to keep your existing number or get a new one! If you want to keep your existing number, just give us a few details during that step and we'll do the rest. Too easy!

Q: Why am I not receiving my One-Time Passwords on my number after transferring it to Circles.Life?

Please allow 24 - 48 hours after your number has been transferred for the global database for OTP delivery to be updated. If you still don't receive the OTP on the different handset even after 48 hours, please reach out to us and we'll get you up and running.

Q: Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely! We don't believe in making you stay when you don’t want to, but we are saaad to see you go. To cancel your Circles.Life plan: Head to this link to terminate your account. Open the link and scroll down to click 'Terminate number'. You'll receive an OTP verification to the phone number you've provided during your signup. This is to ensure that only you are able to make any changes to your account! Once you've successfully entered your OTP, you'll need to fill out a request form. That's it!
