We’ve got you cyber-secured!

You may be aware of media reports around a cyberattack impacting Optus. Optus has confirmed this impacted their direct customers only.

No Circles Life customers were compromised in the attack.

While we use the Optus 4G+ network, we operate on our own proprietary digital telco platform. In fact, we like to think of ourselves as more ‘tech’ than ‘telco’ and operate as a software provider in several countries around the world - requiring us to have the highest of international security standards.

We would like to reassure all our customers that their information is safe and secure.
