International Calling and SMS Pack: An International Calls Add-on is available to be added to your Circles.Life plan. With the add-on, you will get 300 mins of talktime to 15 countries for $5 (calls originating from Australia).

You can add or remove it from your plan at any time. When you turn it off, it will be removed from your plan in the following month. Includes calls only made from Australia to standard international numbers in included countries. SMS and MMS are not included. Eligible Countries are Hong Kong, United Kingdom, USA, New Zealand, China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Indonesia and Thailand.

International Roaming: International roaming (especially using data) may incur significant additional costs and is not available in all countries. Refer to our international roaming rates here. Yes! You’ll need to have the 20GB for $10 Add-on turned on for the 12 month period in order to receive your $10 Netflix e-Gift Cards.

You will receive your bill within the first week of each month.

Your first bill is higher than usual, which is completely normal. This is because it includes charges for two billing cycles:

– A part month (prorated) charge which starts from the time you activate your SIM card (if you got a new number) or from the time your number was successfully transferred to Circles.Life till the end of that month.

– Any additional charges for that month (e.g. roaming charges)

– The monthly charge for your plan for the following month.

After your first bill, your following bills will just include any additional charges incurred the month before and the monthly charge for the following month.

You’ll receive your $10 Netflix e-Gift Cards every month for 12 months and your 20GB Bonus Data for 12 months. 

After 12 months, your plan will change to 40GB for $38/mth.
