On the second step of the signup process, we'll ask you if you want to keep your existing number or get a new one!<br><br>If you want to keep your existing number, just give us a few details during that step and we'll do the rest. Too easy!</p></div><div id="test_test" class="wp-block-group is-style-twentytwentyone-border help-faq"><h2 class="wp-block-heading has-extra-large-font-size">Why am I not receiving my One-Time Passwords on my number after transferring it to Circles.Life?</h2><p>Please allow 24 - 48 hours after your number has been transferred for the global database for OTP delivery to be updated.<br><br>If you still don't receive the OTP on the different handset even after 48 hours, please reach out to us and we'll get you up and running.</p></div><div id="test_test" class="wp-block-group is-style-twentytwentyone-border help-faq"><h2 class="wp-block-heading has-extra-large-font-size">Can I cancel anytime?</h2><p>Absolutely! We don't believe in making you stay when you don’t want to, but we are saaad to see you go.<br><br>To cancel your Circles.Life plan:<br><br>Head to this <a rel="noopener" href="https://au-shop.circles.life/manage/order?showTerminate=true" target="_blank">link</a> to terminate your account<br>Open the link and scroll down to click 'Terminate number'.<br><br>You'll receive an OTP verification to the phone number you've provided during your signup.
