We believe you can only sell well if you believe in the product, so we would love for all our Ambassadors to experience our services prior to selling. That’s why, we will be sending all selected Ambassadors a free Circles.Life plan (20GB) for 3 months.

During your onboarding, you will be provided with a unique UTM link that you can post on your website/social media. All transactions made through that link will be credited towards your account – do note that for a transaction to count, the user has to have activated their SIM card. You will be sent a daily report on the number of transactions and activations made using your link.

You will be paid on a fortnightly basis, based on the number of successful activations made through your unique link.

Once you have been accepted into the program, you will receive detailed product onboarding and be given access to a dedicated program manager whom you can ask questions to. You will be given a step-by-step ‘HOW TO’ so you can get make your first sale and see immediate results!

There are no limits! The more activations you drive, the more you earn.

Our monthly plans may change (including price and inclusions). All our plans are without a long term contract, so you can cancel your plan anytime without any cancellation fees. 

Monthly SIM only plans: You will be charged in advance at the beginning of each month for that month’s service. Circles.Life will not charge a cancellation fee for termination of the Circles.Life Monthly Plan. Immediate charges and data charges will not be refunded. If the service is cancelled in the first month, the pro-rata minimum monthly charge is payable.

Powered by the full Optus Mobile Network: Circles.Life is powered by the Optus Mobile Network. The Optus 4G Plus Network is available to 97.3% of the Australian population. To access the Optus 4G Plus/3G Network, you’ll need a compatible mobile device that is not locked to another network. Check coverage at https://www.circles.life/au/network-coverage-map/.

The Optus 4G Plus Network operates on the 700MHz, 1800MHz, 2100MHz, 2300MHz and 2600MHz frequencies. The Optus 3G Network operates on the UMTS 2100 MHz and 900 MHz frequencies.

There are many factors affecting coverage and speed such as devices, network traffic, locations or sources of content.

Talk, Text and Data: Included minutes are for standard national calls to landlines and mobiles, 13, 1300, 1800 numbers and voicemail, within Australia. Calls to overseas numbers are charged at our prevailing international rates – see circles.life/au/roaming-international-call-rates/. Included SMS are to local numbers only. SMS sent to international numbers will be charged at $0.318 per message. Local MMS are unlimited, and MMS sent to international numbers will be charged at $0.68 per message.

Your monthly calls, text and data cannot be used overseas and do not include calls to directory assistance, video calls, 1900 premium numbers or content charges. For details of those charges please see your pricing plan that can be found here

Excess data charges: Excess data charges in Australia are charged at $0.01/MB.

International Calling and SMS Pack: An International Calls Add-on is available to be added to your Circles.Life plan. With the add-on, you will get 300 mins of talktime to 15 countries for $5 (calls originating from Australia).

You can add or remove it from your plan at any time. When you turn it off, it will be removed from your plan in the following month. Includes calls only made from Australia to standard international numbers in included countries. SMS and MMS are not included. Eligible Countries are Hong Kong, United Kingdom, USA, New Zealand, China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Indonesia and Thailand.

International Roaming: International roaming (especially using data) may incur significant additional costs and is not available in all countries. Refer to our international roaming rates here. International roaming can be enabled through the Circles.Life app and is subject to usage caps to prevent bill shock. Please refer to our Billing and Payment Policy

Fair use policy: Our Fair Use Policy’s purpose is to ensure Circles.Life can continue to deliver quality mobile services to all our customers. It guides our customers so that you don’t use our services in a way we deem “inappropriate” or “unacceptable”, and avoids legal, infringement, and data security issues. Tracking your spend: You can monitor your unbilled usage on the Circles.Life app. The app will alert you once you’ve reached approximately: 

  • 50%, 85%, and 100% of your included Base Data; 
  • 50%, 85%, and 100% of your 3GB Bill Shock Protection data; 
  • 50%, 85%, and 100% of any additional data that is purchased and used above your standard plan inclusion each month.
